12/12/2024 – On December 09, the European blitz championship (3’+2”) was held in Skopje, capital of Northern Macedonia. Dutchman Van Foreest won on equal points with favorite Russian Sarana, playing under the Serbian banner. The Dutchman had won the direct confrontation in round 07, clearly deserving his title.
