Gukesh Dommaraju and Ding Liren still neck and neck at World Chess Championship

Chinese titleholder Ding Liren and his young Indian challenger Gukesh Dommaraju were unable to break the deadlock in Singapore on Saturday, and are still tied with four games remaining in the World Chess Championship.

After ten games, the two players have a total of five points each. The Chinese grandmaster won the first game on November 25, Gukesh won the third two days later, and the remaining eight games ended in draws.

Only four games remain to decide between the 32-year-old Chinese World Champion and his 18-year-old rival, the youngest ever participant in a World Chess Championship. If they are still tied at the end of the series, a tie-break game will be played on December 13.
