Submission of conclusions on the Niemann case postponed by several months

Announced for April, FIDE’s conclusions on the Niemann affair will not be known until October. The scandal broke last September at the Sinquefield Cup, when five-time world champion Magnus Carlsen stormed out of the tournament after accusing 19-year-old Hans Niemann, who had beaten him, of cheating.
